Best Employers?

Hewitt declared the best employers in China 2007, I was puzzled. Why are
these companies and how about these companies? I read an essay in
FTChinese, "the fable of best employers", mention that "the best employers"
not always suit for all peoples. I doubt at the Hewitt's result, too.
