In this position your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Establish related HR working plan, policies, processes, and be responsible for pursuing
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees
  • Be involved in staff training and development, arranging training for employees by utilizing internal and external resources
  • Organize the employee performance review, career development, and pursuing the processes and effects. Be responsible for staff assessments and promotions
  • Take charge of employees compensation management
  • Responsible for developing and executing projects for employee relationship. Raise employee satisfaction, drop off the leaving rate
  • Help on some recruiting work

And you have...

  • 3 years experience on Human Resources management area, especially the IT industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Intuitive, critical listening skills
  • Personal interest in technology and the software development industry (strong inner-geek)
  • Flexibility to work some evenings to help meet team goals
  • Fluent in written and oral English
