- Establish related HR working plan, policies, processes, and be responsible for pursuing
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Be involved in staff training and development, arranging training for employees by utilizing internal and external resources
- Organize the employee performance review, career development, and pursuing the processes and effects. Be responsible for staff assessments and promotions
- Take charge of employees compensation management
- Responsible for developing and executing projects for employee relationship. Raise employee satisfaction, drop off the leaving rate
- Help on some recruiting work
And you have...
- 3 years experience on Human Resources management area, especially the IT industry
- Strong communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Intuitive, critical listening skills
- Personal interest in technology and the software development industry (strong inner-geek)
- Flexibility to work some evenings to help meet team goals
- Fluent in written and oral English
